Good news, no sunburn from Monday! I have successfully gotten out for a run again today. They say it takes 21 repetitions to form a habit, I am up to 6. I shall continue.

Notes: We are supposed to have record highs today for January here in Phoenix, so I tried to do my run as soon as possible. Thankfully it is overcast today, so it was only 65 when I got out. Week 2 of the C25K training schedule is over, I start week three on Saturday. I dunno if I'm up for it, but we'll see.
